"We are kiters so it is a fantastic location. Right on the Beach. The only AC is in the bedroom which worked great for sleeping but this means the rest of the house has no AC so keep the windows open. The screens need fixing and not all the windows will open because they are old and broken. Everything else worked in the house. Good water pressure in the shower too. If you are fine with the humidity and breeze you will be ok. I think the sofa is a pull out but I wouldn't make anyone sleep on it...

This place is far from the Grace Bay, however, you can walk to the Shore Club if you like to walk in the sun. You definitely need to rent a car if you decide to stay there. The room is very small. "It was hard to find the place because there were no numbers on the houses. The street was full of pot holes. The room was very small. The bathroom was also small. No room to put our suitcases. My son got sick and they blamed us for their son getting sick. The owner told other boarders that we caused others to get sick. My son didn’t even leave the room while he was sick. Never cleaned the room or changed the sheets while we were there for one week. We cleaned the room and changed the sheets."
