The Space:

This bright two-bedroom apartment in Bottle Creek sleeps four guests and sits less than five minutes from both the beach and local groceries. With lagoon views, air conditioning throughout, and a quiet location near Bottle Creek Lagoon, it's an excellent base for couples, friends, or a small family ready to explore North Caicos without the crowds.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and individual air conditioning, so everyone sleeps comfortably after a day on the water. The full bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower — plenty of room to rinse off the sand and start fresh each morning.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan layout connects the living area, kitchen, and dining space, making it easy to cook, eat, and relax together. Settle into the sofa with the large-screen TV after a beach day, or gather around the dining table for four to share a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, so you can prepare anything from morning coffee to a full island feast.



Outdoor Amenities

Step out onto your private patio or balcony and take in the lagoon views — an ideal spot for morning coffee or watching the sun dip behind the water at the end of the day.



Good To Know

Free parking is available on-site, and the WiFi connection is reliable for streaming or remote work at the dedicated workspace. The in-unit washer means you can pack light and refresh your clothes as needed. North Caicos is accessible by a 25-minute ferry from Providenciales, and a rental car is recommended to explore the island's deserted beaches, ocean cliffs, and water sports at your own pace.

The Neighborhood:

The property is located in a tranquil area of Bottle Creek Lagoon and is less than a 5-minute drive to groceries and the beach! The area is an exceptional destination for water sports, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat tours, and kiteboarding! North Caicos and Middle Caicos offer deserted coastlines, ocean cliffs, and caves waiting to be explored. Having seen very little development, these two islands conspicuously lack the bustle of Providenciales and Grand Turk, and you’ll often have miles of beautiful beach to yourself, not to mention all the fun and adventurous activities! Catch the vibrant and colorful sunsets or go to the Atlantic side for sunrise.



Getting Around:

You cannot drive from the airport, it requires taking a ferry to get to the property.



The property is approximately 4.9 km | 3 mi from North Caicos Airport (NCA).

Guests have free parking for 1 vehicle on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island.

The Bottle Creek area is just a bit off the beaten path, located near a peaceful national park area. We recommend renting a car on the island.



North Caicos It is located 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible daily by 25-minute boat ride by TCI Ferry service. Currently, the airport in North Caicos is not operational for scheduled flights to the island, therefore just after you have arrived on your international flight, you need to schedule your TCI ferry reservation accordingly. The ferry runs from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

- No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.
