Wonderful
This little house is an absolute gem. Comfortable and homey with everything you might need for cooking and enjoying relaxation. Great area with walkable town amenities. Host Miranda is friendly helpful and available. All in all, a great place to stay.

Honeymoon Suite
My daughter and her fiance/husband stayed here for the weekend while in Bottineau for their wedding. I had told Miranda it would be the "Honeymoon Suite," and she gifted them with a bottle of wine and candy/cookie bouquet upon arrival. That was a special touch she didn't have to add, but was certainly appreciated.

Great Little House
Our experience with this house was great. It is small but it was perfect for two people. Although the house is technically old, It has been completely redone (lots and lots of electrical outlets...quite handy in this digital age of recharging devices!). It is situated in a small town that is just the right size...we could easily walk to local stores (even Walmart), parks, movie theater, and restaurants. The only thing to be aware of is that the bedrooms have no closets, only a few drawers and hooks. Since we only used one bedroom, we simply used the 2nd bedroom as our walk-in closet, laying much of our two weeks worth of clothes on the bed. Also remember, that there is no washer or dryer provided...but that problem was rectified by the coin laundry in town. Overall, we had a great time. The owners were extremely attentive, responding to any problem (we had a circuit beaker blow, and they were there in less than ten minutes to fix the problem!). Our two-thousand mile drive to get here was well-worth the wonderful experience we had.

Peaceful
This was a great vrbo! It was very clean and had everything you could think of for cooking along with games, books, tv and a quiet place to sit in the back yard. Although we preferred the front as many birds would come around there! Highly recommend this place!

Charming Home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oak Creek Granary. What a charming rustic home that is a refreshing change of pace from staying at a local hotel. This cozy place has plenty of room for a couple or small family and the layout and decor are exactly what you see in the pictures. Miranda is an excellent host and her communication is fantastic. The wifi works well, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the beds were very comfortable after spending the day on Lake Metigoshe. The house is very convenient and it's a sweet little home with everything you need. We would definitely stay again!

Great, Great, Great!
We have stayed here three times now (our daughter moved to Bottineau last year) and each time has been a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could want for cooking. Miranda is always accessible for questions and willing to offer suggestions about the area. We are so glad to have found this sweet little place!

This is a great place to stay if your in Bottineau! We we’re staying when there was a Blizzard and our host called and checked in on us. I have stayed here before and will continue to when I visit family. Best host ever!!!!

Another Amazing Stay
The house is very functional, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen has all that you need. The hostess is top-notch! She's available for questions and a great ambassador for the area. Great place! Cozy, and well thought out.
Miranda was a great host, and chatted with me at length to answer all the questions I had. The house is cozy, quaint, and very well equipped. The heat had no trouble keeping us comfortable even in the 12 degree temps overnight. The kitchen is fully stocked, and well apportioned. I plan to book this house every year for our annual duck hunting trip as long as it is available.

AMAZING!
This place was perfect! She thought of everyting and very pet friendly! Decorated so cozy and so inviting. AND it was only two houses down from my parent's house! PERFECT! We will definitely be staying here again! We went up to Bottineau for a quick birthday celebration for my father and my husband said, " I love this place so much, it felt like we were on vacation! " Thanks again for such a great place for us to stay!

Bottineau home
This house was a cute find. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The owner was very responsive and even went out of her way to bring my kiddos a basketball. Very cute home. The only thing I’d recommend is that if you need to do laundry you have to use the laundromat. We were very fortunate to have family in the area to use there washer and dryer. Otherwise I’d recommend this place. I’ll definitely stay there again!

Home Sweet Home
This property was in a perfectly centralized location for our visit with family who lives in Dunseith and Lake Metitoshe. It was clean and well appointed. It was a place for us to rest our heads in a comfortable bed and wake up to making our own coffee before we headed on our way to family events.

Thanks for the feedback! The smarter these TV’s get the more challenging it is for us older folks to figure out how to watch them for sure! I’ll put together a TV guide for the house binder in hopes it helps a future guest 😊. Hope you saw some great birds!

Quiet peaceful stay in very cute cottage
From booking to checking out, this visit was perfect. The cottage had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay, even treats for our four-legged companions! Extremely clean interior, comfortable beds with extra blankets, TV worked great, furnace kept us warm, and we had anything we would want for our week stay. Miranda was extremely responsive via text messages and even checked it to be sure we were all set. Neighborhood was quiet and very walkable, short drive to local restaurants or shopping at WalMart, Runnings, etc. Would definitely stay again at this great VRBO. Highly recommend!!

This cozy home does not disappoint! We stayed during a big blizzard. The house was warm and comfortable. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen is easy to work in with all the needed amenities. Perfect Stay1
This is the sweetest little house - little but spacious and comfy with everything you could need or want during your stay. Miranda was helpful and friendly and available if need be. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. The bed was really comfortable and it's a wonderfully quiet area. We slept so well. We traveled to Bottineau to help your daughter relocate and are glad to have found this place as we now know we have someplace wonderful to stay. Highly recommended!

Best experience ever!
First off, Miranda is a WONDERFUL host. Communication was amazing, her house is very cozy, welcoming, and literally has everything you’d need. She’s so intentional about making sure your stay is as great as it can be, and it will definitely be that way. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and throughly enjoy your stay. We originally went up to Bottineau to enjoy the ski resort and when a huge snow storm came through and snowed us in/shut down the resort, she offered us to stay another night or a late check out so that we can truly enjoy the vacation. We weren’t able to stay another night due to work, but we TOTALLY would’ve if we could. Overall, the experience and stay exceeded our expectations and we’re already making plans for the summer! Thanks, Miranda for an awesome getaway.

Another amazing stay!
This was our third stay at this house while we visit our son attending the local community college. We feel safe here, extremely comfortable and love having a full functioning kitchen to prepare our meals. We enjoyed the games on hand, as well. The home was cozy during the coldest of temperatures outside. Miranda is always available for questions and ideas for activities. We already have our next visit booked!

Such a great find!
My husband and I needed a place to just relax and take a few days off of our busy world. We chose this as it was in the right location and looked cozy! It did not disappoint!! It is the perfect blend of honoring the history of the house and yet newly updated!! Miranda has thought of absolutely everything with a few additional fun items included! Her recommendations of surrounding restaurants and area attractions are not only helpful but we’re exactly what we were looking for! Our stay could not have been more enjoyable!

Bittineau's Old Granary is brand new!
Staying at the Old Granary couldn't have been more pleasant. The house was totally renovated in July and it's absolutely darling. Miranda is also a wealth of information of what to see in the area. (Don't miss the Mystical Horizons point of interest.) This little house is in a great location for exploring the Peace Garden and all of the recreational opportunities in the Turtle Mountains.

Not only was this adorable home clean, comfortable and convenient, it had a relaxed ambiance. The owner’s decor and bird feeders outside gave us good vibes on a quiet street. Bedding and mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the needed utensils. Bathroom was great. This home felt like home and was a great experience for my family of 4. The owner was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!
