"Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. "A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. "When I mentioned it was my daughters 21st, they got her a card & bubbly, so thoughtful. They gave us information surrounding the history of the property, a great insight & an amazing welcome basket. "A área do hotel não é junto com a do bar e restaurante. A recepção do hotel é no restaurante, depois de fazer o check in, o hóspede atravessa o estacionamento e vai para o hotel. Não tem elevador. Os valores da estadia dobraram de domingo para segunda então não estendemos nossa estadia."
