"Spent a fantastic night here this past weekend, from the moment we checked in all the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming (we were even wished a good morning by the housekeeping staff we passed in the corridor as we were leaving!), the food and service in the restaurant were also both good and breakfast in the morning offered a great selection of choices. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250). Because the plug mechanism is missing which leaves the drain hole completely open! (Room 5)."
