"The rooms were very clean and comfortable, I saw cleaning staff everyday and throughout the day, along with other helpful staff. Do breakfast! A lovely woman cooked made to order omelets with many choices of vegetables to put in it!"

"Upon entering the lobby it had a strong musty odor. The same overwhelming smell was in the room. Sheets were stained and room was not cleaned. My son found a half empty coke bottle and my daughter found another guest’s underwear. Sink had grime in it. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly. When I told the front desk they did not seem to care and stated they couldn’t refund me since I waited until night to report this. "The staff was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of the property. My room was clean, there were plenty of towels, and a wonderful bed, with a variety of pillows. The greenbelt and a path to the river made walking my dog very enjoyable."

"I had high hopes based on the pictures, but was severely let down. Room was decent and mostly clean; however, under the bes was incredibly dirty, we only had 2 towels for the 4 of us in the room, and the TV did not work (we told the front desk and asked for maintenance to fix it, but there was no resolution not great when traveling with a 2 and 5 year old). We stayed for 3 nights and our room, even though we requested it to be done each day, was only attended to the first night. Worst parts-...
