- Living room: Oversized comfy West Elm sectional, wood burning fireplace, and Samsung Art smart TV
-Dining/living space: Pool table that converts to a ping pong or dining table with bench seating for up to 6, mini fridge, board games. Window AC in summer. Keurig coffee bar set up with complimentary coffee and tea. Space for queen air mattress set up for parties over 4 people.

- Washer/dryer with start up laundry supplies
- Outdoor space: Private patio and deck space. Portable grill and folding table available for use upon request.
