  • Contemporânea casa de praia de 3 andares na maravilhosa praia de areia com vistas fantásticas da água. Na maré baixa, você pode caminhar duas milhas ao longo da praia, com os pés descalços! Todos os pisos de madeira (carvalho nos dois primeiros andares, mesquite brasileiro no terceiro), layout aberto no primeiro andar, ideal para entretenimento, com controle deslizante Pella para deck de 12 'x 35' no oceano, com mesas ao ar livre e assentos para comer lagosta enquanto o pôr do sol pinta o céu. Chuveiro ao ar livre no convés traseiro (8 'x 35'.)
    No segundo andar, os dois quartos da frente (à beira do oceano) têm camas king size, armários grandes; um tem casa de banho privativa com chuveiro. Segundo banheiro completo no mesmo andar. Quartos traseiros têm, respectivamente, duas camas de solteiro e um futon queen. Grande sala grande / suíte master no terceiro andar tem cama king size, banheiro adicional e possível espaço adicional para dormir (com cama inflável queen size e dois sofás.) Acomoda 10 a 14 completamente. Área total acima de 2600 pés quadrados Esta é uma casa de família moderna e bem conservada, alugada durante a alta temporada de agosto e no outono e primavera (a preços reduzidos). Esta propriedade não está disponível para festas grandes, casamentos ou outros.

Lovely place to watch a sunset

We’ve stayed here before, and came back because of the location. Quiet, private beachfront, nice accommodations, and terrific for large families. Love the Scituate area!

Great space with amazing ocean view

Loved our stay last week at this home. We had 7 people - 3 generations and there was plenty of space for everyone! So many sunrises, sunsets and beach walks... Meals out on the porch with the ocean sounds... great visits to the lighthouse and Irish mossing museum... delicious local food options... it was perfect for our needs!

Wonderful Beach Stay

We had an amazing time at the beach house. The listing accurately described the house. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. We enjoyed the stay so much we already booked again for next year.

Family Time

My cousins thoroughly enjoyed our time together in Scituate. The sight and sounds of the ocean was fantastic. So appreciative of the accommodations. We were all comfortable.

Our second stay here and as wonderful as the first. Dean and Vida greeted us, and were welcoming. The location is perfect for every age. The large deck means we can sit and watch the ocean and the sun sets. The house was large enough that three generations all felt comfortable had space. Nice touches like spices, plenty of dishes and silverware, pots, etc. we hope to return next year.

A beautiful place!

Our family (9 adults, a four year old, and an infant) stayed here for a long weekend. The house was lovely and had plenty of room for us to gather together, or find a quiet place to read and think. But the location right in the water, was the most spectacular thing! We watched boats, played in the sand and water, it was great. No one wanted to leave !

Right on the beach

We had plenty of room for our family of 9. Many in the area have beautiful views but no direct access to the beach. In this home, you are there already.

Perfect Location in need of updating.

This rental has a wonderful location. Read reviews about listening to the waves at night - truly magical and soothing. As far as the home itself, it is in dire need of updating. Some of the furniture needs replaced. Beautiful view and great owners.

Perfect spot for families

We were three generations for a family vacation. Kids 2-14. This house was perfect. Literally walk out the door to the beach so no packing up and driving. The house had enough room for everyone to be happy- quiet space on third level for the little ones to nap, bedroom with private bath for us old folks! House very well supplied. Dean and Vida Lovely and responsive.

Wonderful family gathering

We enjoyed our stay very much with family celebrating our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. The house was perfect for our family - my husband and I are not yet retired, so having the third floor to ourselves was perfect - balcony looking out over the water, private bathroom and a desk for us to spend time working. Falling asleep and waking up to waves crashing was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked - we were able to prepare meals easily. Thank you to Dean and Vida who were wonderful hosts, quick to respond to any questions we had.

On the beach in Scituate

Our stay was wonderful, the 3 generations of the family had a great time.The house was as advertised, the weather was great and being on the ocean capped it off.The only negative was in the house rules which we received 2 days prior to our arrival. As we were week long renters the owners policy is to have the renters wash and dry the linens and towels, so for our last morning instead of having coffee on the deck we had to do about 3 hours of laundry, not the way to end a vacation. For what the cost of the rental was there should be a linen service.

Fabulous weekend for the extended family

This is a great property and perfect for our family make up. We were there for my daughter's wedding and my son and daughter in law, a family friend and my daughter all stayed there. 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready. I was able to read on the deck overlooking the water each morning as the chaos of getting ready happened around me. The kitchen was fully stocked and I didn't need to use any of the spices, condiments or paper goods I had brought. It was very peaceful. The driveway is small so only fits two or three cars.

Great spot right on the beach

Great stay for 5 adults! Being right on the beach, the house is raised on posts so you’ll go up a bunch of steps to get in the front door. Then, it’s another set of stairs to the first level with bedrooms. If you struggle with stairs, renting a house further from the beach might be better for you. But this beachfront location is terrific if that’s what you’re looking for. This house is more toward the end of the beach, which we liked. It felt a bit more secluded, and we didn’t have people hanging out in front of the house constantly. Obviously, it’s fine to encounter other people when you go to the beach, but it was a bonus that most people set up their chairs and beach toys for the kids a little further down the beach and not in front of where where we were staying. The main floor has the living rm, kitchen, dining rm, a 1/2 bath, laundry room, and an outdoor deck facing the beach w/ 2 tables and plenty of chairs. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms - one en suite; the other in the hall. The third floor has a large space that is a bedroom/living room combo and another full bathroom. (See the listing for other beds from sofas.) This house was great. It is “lived in,” as this family has owned and enjoyed it for years. But it is clean and has everything you could need, including lobster pots, which we used for a great feast! The owners are friendly and helpful - they let us check in early, and gave us a tour of the house. Great experience!!

Great location, and home-owners were super nice. Place was well equipped with what we needed; only disappointment was that it could use a good cleaning. Maybe it was just the end-of-season blues. But we had a wonderful time together as a family.
