Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in charming historic 1920's home with original bathroom and all original woodwork, updated with modern amenities and wanting for nothing. Enjoy an amazing night's sleep on new luxury firm hybrid mattresses in both the king and queen bedrooms, with luxurious hotel-style linens and comforters and pillows. Well-stocked eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including gas stove, complete pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee station, microwave, etc. A short Uber or subway ride into Boston. Centrally located for day-trips to Salem, the Cape, Maine, the White Mountains, and about a mile from the new Assembly Row complex with restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping; and less than two miles from Encore Boston Harbor Casino.

Beautiful house

We only stayed for one night but I truly wished we could have stayed longer. It was a great place. Very clean and nicely decorated. Just a comfortable, homey, apartment. I would definitely recommend this place.

Third time is the charm. Already planning our 4th trip for 2026 in this charming house. Love our time. We got to share this trip with some great friends. Beds are comfortable and place is very clean. Mark is a great host. Until next time.

Luxurious and Abundant Amenities

Mark's home offered a perfect stay for my family of four. The home was an impeccably restored property with a proper living room which had very comfortable furniture to relax in. There was a full dining table to eat at and an impressively outfitted kitchen. The bedrooms had the most comfortable beds with high end linens and all the storage you might need. The towels were a very pleasant surprise, super thick and luxurious. And the supplies were abundant. The train to get into Boston was a short drive away. A perfect stay - thank you!

Markā€˜s place was very convenient to Boston and the North Shore. It had everything we needed and the coffee was great!! The rooms were comfortable and the AC was a pleasure after 100 weather all day.

Beautiful home!

This was such a perfect home-away-from-home for our family to explore Boston and the surrounding areas. It is beautiful with wonderful, original architectural details. Our host was friendly and thought of everything we might need- well stocked kitchen and coffee. Great location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the train station. My fav VRBO stay

My husband and I stayed here for a night and wish we couldā€™ve spent a week. This place really brings in all the comforts of home - the cleanliness of the home, the quality of the furniture, even the linens and pillows are high end. The bed has to be one of the most comfortable beds Iā€™ve slept in while traveling. I just really appreciate Markā€™s attention to detail in the providing the creature comforts to visitors. And to top it off even the shower had Whole Foods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! The neighborhood seems very nice and safe which is a big plus and there are plenty of nice restaurants and places to eat at nearby.

My favorite VRBO that Iā€™ve stayed at.

My husband and I stayed here for just two nights and immediately wished we could have stayed longer. This home is the perfect blend of comfort, quality, and thoughtful detailā€”it truly feels like a home away from home. Everything was spotless, the furniture was nice and comfortable, and even the linens and pillows were exceptionally cozy. The bed, in particular, was one of the most comfortable Iā€™ve ever slept in while traveling. The living room tv was equipped with a sound system around the room.We loved the well-stocked bookshelves filled with games and a great selection of books for every kind of reader. The kitchen was another standoutā€”fully equipped with spices, seasonings, a few teas, and even a local coffee. Markā€™s attention to detail really shines through in every aspect of the stayā€”even the shower was stocked with Whole Foods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and the water pressure was glorious The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Mark thoughtfully provided menus on the kitchen table, which made picking a spot to eat super convenient.All in all, this place was a gem, and we hope to come back for a longer stay in the future.

Better than fantastic

This beautiful and charming home was everything we thought itā€™d be and more! Mark was great with communication and his home provided the perfect stay. The beds were top notch in comfort (even the pillows and bedding were wonderful)! I loved that he had eco-friendly products - laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, condiments and spices. There were easy directions for the television. Mark was friendly and outgoing when we met the morning of our departure. Thank you again! Definitely would stay anytime Iā€™m in Boston.

Beautiful home

Booked our stay to attend a concert at Roadrunner in Boston which was an easy Uber ride away. Mark was very kind and allowed us to check in early, the courtyard behind the house was beautiful with a cozy patio furniture to relax in. The house was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Will absolutely book again for future Boston endeavors. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

Mark was so accommodating for our larger-than-normal family. My wife and children stayed for a couple nights. When we arrived, there were some special accommodations just for us. This was our first AB&B and it was a great experience. The place was very clean and cozy. The kids loved it and it was a nice reprieve outside of the city.

A beautiful home. Everything you could possibly want or need was furnished in the house. Mark, our host, responded to every message almost instantly. Directions were clear and concise. A Gem in Malden

We absolutely loved Mark's unit. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped, and the beds comfy. For me, a big plus was that Mark made sure off-street parking was available for us. We could see the care and love he has put into the home. We now have a new favorite place to stay when we visit the Boston area. Hope to stay again soon.

This is my first time using an accommodation from this site and I was completely blown away. The location was perfect for going to different cities while still being able to go back to a quiet peaceful neighborhood.
