- A 2-minute walk to the Red Line (Broadway station).
- A 25-minute walk to Boston Common park and Emerson College.
- A 10-20 minute subway ride from Broadway station to MGH
- A 20-minute walk to Boston Seaport District.
- Steps away from restaurants, entertainment, groceries and much more.

The Apartment:
- Luxury 1 Bedroom apartment.
- 1x King bed as well as a full size sofa bed.
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.
- 1 full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Flexible self check-in process.
- Washer and dryer inside.

The Building:
- There is a rooftop in the building.
- The rooftop is open from 8AM to 10PM

Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.

Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.

Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to the following:

1. Identification Requirement:
- As part of our self-check-in process, we require a copy of your government-issued ID and a selfie of you holding the ID. The person making the reservation must be the same individual who will check in and upload the ID information. These documents must be submitted through our designated form prior to check-in.

2. Security Deposit:
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, which can be paid through our secure portal or via Airbnb. The deposit is fully refundable within three days after checkout, provided no violations of our house rules occur.

3. No Smoking or Parties:
- Smoking or hosting parties on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.

4. Security Deposit Policy:
- Security deposits can be submitted through Airbnb or directly via our secure portal. If your reservation is subject to a security deposit and you refuse to pay, your check-in will be denied.

5. Criminal Record Policy:
- Reservations will be canceled if it is discovered that the guest has a criminal record.

6. Quiet Hours:
- You must adhere to quiet hours. No loud music or disturbing noise is allowed, especially in the evening. Please be mindful of noise, as you will have neighbors.

7. Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in the termination of your reservation. If you are traveling with a service animal, you must declare it and the breed prior to check-in. Service animals must be accompanied at all times and cannot be left alone under any circumstances.

8. IMPORTANT:
- You must be 25 years old or older to make this booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not meet the age requirement.

Spacious and modern 1-bedroom with a reasonably comfortable pull out couch. The bed was large and soft. The kitchen is simply stocked and has a keurig coffee maker. It was a convenient place for me and a colleague to stay while we attended a conference at the convention center which is about a 15 minute walk away.
