"I stayed at this property 3 different times during February 2026 up until today. I travel for work and have stayed at different hotels and this, by far is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My 1st stay, i overlooked some things bc I dont like to complain, house keeping was supposed to come in and restock towels and remove dirty ones, empty trash restock toilet paper, ect. "What a beautiful property, so lovely, perfect location and had everything we needed. So many positives; comfortable beds, really roomy space so lots of ability to move around and store items, parking directly outside for free, our own entrance and amazing kitchen facilities. Was great to be able to wash clothes too. Location wise it is an 8-10 min walk to the metro station then a quick and easy ride into Boston. "So i will say this hotel has a strange layout. The hotel lobby is squished in with the tuscan kitchen restaurant , people coming in restaurant sit around the lobby, so no room for hotel guest to sit by the fire place , Just stayed for one night , and its not great time of year, so cant speak for the amenities, but would of been nice to sit in the lobby by the fire place. Room was ok , bathroom is upscale nice , sheets were horrible, cheap scratchy, that just ruined it for me. "
