"The hotel was cleanly and the staff were friendly. The location was also excellent. I did have a few complaints - the bathroom was poorly designed in that there was no place to hang towels after use. The pool which was part of the destination fee was closed one of the days we were there. The parking fee was over $70 a night and was not clearly marked. This was an unpleasant surprise as it was higher than several hotels I’ve stayed at recently. "

We had a room at the back of the hotel on the second floor over looking the ocean which was so nice going to sleep & waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Close to everything that Plymouth offers in dining & cultural experiences. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite & helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated & the bed was awesome. "A lovely place to stay. Location is within walking distance of popular shops and restaurants. The updated decor is lovely with calming colors in ocean and beach tones. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so if your room is on an upper floor, you will need to be able to handle the stairs. "
