"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. "Os itens de amenidades poderiam ser melhores. São muito pequenos e eles não tem (ou não teve!) serviço de quarto. Ou seja, meu marido e eu tivemos que usar um sabonete líquido em miniatura e acabou em 1 dia! Além disso, não teve troca de toalhas e nem arrumação de quarto. "
