The online picture of the facility made it appear the property overlooked a lake. There was a lake a block away but it was not visible from the property and not accessible. It was fenced off. The property is also off of a busy commercial street. Also, this was not apparent from the online pictures. The communication with the property staff was horrible and disappointing. I called during the evening I had checked in (the staff is remote) and left a message for someone to call me. I never received a call. The second day the newly installed LG air conditioner wasn't working. I called during working hours and reached a staff member. He said he would call maintenance and call me back. I had to call him back for an answer after waiting 30 minutes. I was then told that the LG wasn't working and I should use the 'in the window unit'. This was at the end of the business day. Shouldn't maintenance have told the property and shouldn't the property's staff have been proactive and relayed this information to the guests? Also on the second day I called at 4:00 to ask if housekeeping cleans every day. I was told 'yes' and that they'd be in the room to clean. At 6:00 pm I called again because the room hadn't yet been cleaned. I was told that the cleaning staff had left for the day. The person didn't know why, only that the housekeeping staff had left for the day, and then apologized that the room hadn't been cleaned.That was all they could say.
