3 Private Suites. Riverside Farm W/Pool on 3 Acres

Escape to a private Acadiana Chateau on a riverside farm, where old-world charm meets space, style, and comfort. With more than 4,500 square feet all on one floor and 3 acres to enjoy, the home feels spacious, private, and easy to gather in without feeling crowded.

The layout is especially well suited for up to 3 couples traveling together, since each has their own private bedroom and bathroom. The three suites are not identical, and that is the point:

- The Jacuzzi Suite - the big jacuzzi tub, plus its own wet bar, a refrigerator and a microwave.
- The Grand Suite - two rooms, a big bathroom, a stand-up fridge, two TVs and a breakfast bar.
- The Gator Suite - named for the gator photos on the walls, with its own bathroom, desk and refrigerator.

There is also a separate kids' room that doubles as the game room, with a trundle bed and a recliner, and an additional bedroom with two sets of bunks. That makes the house a good fit for family getaways, couples' trips, work crews and small group retreats alike.

Nine actual beds - not air mattresses. Room to grow: the three suites sleep 6 adults, the game room sleeps 2 kids, and when your group is bigger, the house expands to as many as 13 beds. Just let us know before you arrive and we'll have the 2 queen Murphy beds in the Grand Suite living room ready, plus up to 2 air mattresses (one in the bunk room, one in the Grand Suite living room).

Outside, enjoy the pool, farm setting, and river atmosphere. One of the most memorable details is the nearby train line - guests can watch the train pass by and spot a rotating mix of unusual railcars, many featuring bold, artful graffiti. It adds character and a little magic to the stay.

Weekly or monthly cleaning is available at a competitive rate through a trusted cleaning professional.

For everyone's security, exterior cameras (video and audio) cover the patio, back yard and perimeter around the clock; there are none inside the house. The patio cameras facing the pool can easily be unplugged during your stay. Inside, a Layla sensor checks only for smoke, gas and party-level noise; it has no camera and does not record audio or voices.
