Here\'s a truly attractive stay for nature lovers and those seeking unique places. This rustic farmhouse offers three bedrooms and sleeps six, located in the quaint village with its unspoiled culture and its historically known dialect, Ggurijanartitsch (ancient Walser dialect), the native dialect of Bosco Gurin.

The property is easily accessible by car and is located on the mezzanine floor of a three-story wooden house with internal stairs (not suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility).

The living room is very warm and inviting, featuring a modern pellet stove and a fully equipped kitchen furnished with traditional mountain furniture, including a quaint dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator with an additional small electric oven and an Italian-style moka pot for coffee.

The living room offers a space to relax, complemented by modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a TV.

Sleeping
The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which sleeps six people in three different rooms. The first bedroom, with a 140x200 cm double bed, is located just off the stairs. Next to it are two separate bedrooms, one with a 140x200 cm bed and the other with a 160x200 cm bed.

Bathroom 1: This bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Located on the lower floor (-1).
