Prezados,
Venho por meio deste registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem que tive em seu estabelecimento, a qual foi extremamente negativa sob diversos aspectos.
Durante os 10 dias em que estive hospedado:
O quarto estava sujo, com o carpete encardido e o ar-condicionado sem funcionamento e também sujo.
Os corredores apresentavam mau cheiro constante.
Não houve troca de roupa de cama nem de toalhas em nenhum momento, e...
