"I stayed here twice in a week. First was for one night on 31st May which was truly a dreadful experience. On arrival I discovered that a palm oil company were having an event at the hotel for employees and their families overnight. Apart from finding this extremely distasteful as that industry is responsible for destroying the habitat of animals it was very clear that the hotel was unable to deal with such a large number of guests as well as guests such as myself. Children were running around...

"Excellent staff. Basic breakfast but it’s free. Limited options. Staff was helpful and kind all around. I don’t know what is on the second floor but furniture was always being dragged on the floor or moved at all sorts of time in the morning and night. Maybe construction? But lovely stay."

"We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

"Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are lovely - clean and spacious, perfect crisp sheets and soft towels! Pool is large enough for swimming whilst others are playing games. Good vegan choices - and chef was helpful in finding/recommending options. Convenient for the airport and Miri centre by Grab. "
