"직원들 친절하고, 객실은 크고 침대 편안하고, 인터넷도 잘 되고 깨끗했는데ᆢ테이블 위에 기념일 추카 케익이 놓여 있었는데 개미들이 많아서 먹을 수 없었고, 여기저기 개미들이 많아서 음식들을 놓고 먹을 수 없었어요. 호텔 앞에 필리피노마켓이 바로 앞이라 생선비린내가 로비부터 진동을 했고, 욕실 변기가 계속 물이 세고, 욕조에 물이 세서 채워지지 않았어요. 직원이 수리 하고 갔는데ᆢ개선이 안되었어요~그거 말고는 괜찮았어요~^^"

"Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything that you need is there. Taps and heater etc are all working fine. The only uncomfortable thing is that overall everything is very old and worn (surprising working fine though). The atmosphere and environment really switches me off. Breakfast...don't bother to compare unless you are fine with just bread and jam. Located very near about 250m away from shopping malls."

"The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). The tram at Bunga Raya was really a pleasure, with smiles and warm hospitality. We do have to warn of the sand flies, which left my husband with over 60 bites on his back even after applying repellent (I on the other hand was never bothered much, as with other guests it was a hit or miss). Dinners were all to be served when we first arrived, but by the third...
