Leopardi 3 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Leopardi 3 is a cozy  two-bedrooms apartment located in a residential area of Bormio only 10 minutes' walk from the pedestrian area of the town. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building and it has a comfortable living room with a kitchenette, TV, dishwasher and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a modern bathroom with shower. On the top of this there are a private ski where to store your equipment safely and an outdoor private parking space. Leopardi 3 is perfect for families but great also for couples who want enjoy few days of relax in the mountains or cyclists who prefer to sleep in different bedrooms. 

City Tax: € 1,80 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights


Extra: CRIB € 40,00 (upon request), PRIVATE CAR PARK € 4,00 Per day (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).

Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
