The apartment on the ground floor (34 sqm) offers a lot of space for both single and couples of all ages thanks to the open living room/bedroom with a cooking and dining area. Apartment 1 has a separate entrance and a terrace.

The apartment has beds with pleasant sleeping comfort (180x200cm), comfortable seating and an inviting dining area as well as a kitchenette with complete equipment and a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet (with window).

At the house there is a large garden with a lawn/terrace (garden furniture is available). Car parking spaces and bicycle parking facilities are at the house.

It is a non -smoking house. Bringing pets is not permitted.
