Tiny home in magical mountains

Are you looking for a vacation in absolute peace and quiet, where the only voice you can hear is the voice of wild nature? Our cottages are a perfect match for you.
Cottages are located in the spectacular village Patara Mitarbi, 23 km away from Borjomi and 4km away from Bakuriani.
Our facility is nestled in the middle of the breathtaking Lesser Caucasus Mountains and has spectacular views of unique nature.
The space
We offer two separate cottages: a big cottage and a studio cottage.

If you want to book the small (studio, for 4 persons) cottage, you can find it on Airbnb with the name: Mitarbi Silence - Cozy studio cottage in mountains.

The big cottage includes two separate bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms (a full bathroom on the first floor and a half bathroom on the second one). The maximum number of guests can be eight in the cottage (in this case, two persons have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

The small cottage is a studio-type 2-story house. It includes a bedroom, a living room and a full bathroom on the first floor. The maximum number of guests in this cottage is four (in this case, one person has to sleep on the sofa bed in a living room).

At both houses, you will find all the necessary items and equipment (kitchen, electric stove, fireplace, heaters, etc. Both cottages have huge terraces with spectacular views of mountains.

Guest access
Guests will have an access to the whole cottage, its terrace, yard and parking area. The fireplace in the backyard, barbecue, outdoor cinema, trampoline for children and all the outdoor furniture (on the terrace and in the yard) are also accessible for guests.
Other things to note
Given the bad conditions for the last 6 km of road, it's preferable to have a jeep to get to the facility. Consider that for the sedan cars, it's more difficult to go through this bad part of the road, though the destination is reachable even for the sedans.
In case you have a sedan and don't want to tackle it with an off-road challenge we can also offer you payable transportation service from the nearest towns (Tsagveri or Bakuriani).

Take note that the cottages are situated in the high mountainous village where are not any groceries or restaurants. Thus, consider taking with you some food products from the market in Borjomi or Bakuriani.
