The AC worked very well which is huge when staying in the New Orleans area during a heat wave! The pantry in the lobby was well stocked. They accommodated us with extra towels when requested. From the receptionist we met on the 1st night, to Mrs. Tammy, the cleaning crew, and the super mom receptionist that gave me a hug as I was leaving. The room was very spacious and nice. It could be improved by having extra space to acommodate the guests belongings, like a dresser. There is more than enough room for that.
Also, it would be helpful to have extra places to hang bath towels.
The roof top has a very nice view. We had breakfast at the hotel and thefood was very good.

"The hotel is charming and extremely comfortable. Nice beds and linens. However, the room was very small with a tiny bathroom. No room at all for clothes (a minuscule closet) and no drawers. The service (as overall in New Orleans) was so, so. They mismanaged my credit card deposits (billed twice) and kept insisting they had not (until I sent evidence by e-mail). Do not expect breakfast here. There’s just a small cafe inside and big lines for an order during weekends."

"Hotel was great and the French Quarter is close to walk to. Frenchmen St has art vendors daily from 6pm to midnight and is very close to the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was affordable and safe."
