Wonderful holiday home situated on Øland

- located in unique nature only 300-meters from the sea. Although it might look old, this stone house was built as late as in 2003.



The holiday home consists of 3 charming buildings. The stone house with a kitchen, a living room and a TV room (Apple TV) and two wooden houses with five and three beds respectively. The buildings are located 300 m from the sea in a small holiday home area next to the beautiful coastal road along Kalmar Sound. This is the perfect summer accommodation, with direct access to nature.



In the stone house there is a large table with plenty of space. The kitchen is equipped with both an old wood stove and a stove with an induction hob. There is also an oven and a refrigerator with a freezer. In the adjoining living room, there is a sofa and Apple TV with Wifi.



There are several terraces with sun at different times of the day. There is a Gas grill and a herb garden. The building with bathroom and laundry room was built in 2018. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and one have three beds. In the guest house of 15 m2 there are 3 beds.



For a fee it will be possible to book a wood-fired sauna. This must be agreed with the owner when you book the house.



The houses are located with a view of the world-famous nature known as Allvaret.



The holiday home is close to restaurants, a grocery store and a bakery.
