But since the temperate climate of Liguria, where summer often extends well beyond the predetermined boundaries of the calendar, invites outdoor living, that’s when the presence of a large 18 m² terrace practically doubles the living space. That’s why this vacation home in western Liguria can be a perfect retreat for a memorable vacation for a couple, with or without children, or a group of four sharing friends.

Equipped and organized
Practical and functional, located on the second floor with an elevator and with its spaces perfectly organized over a total of 35 m², Terrazza del Gelsomino accompanies the clean tones of white with the warmth of hazelnut chosen for the kitchen, so as to visually create two environments capable of making you feel comfortable and at ease. The living space contains two double sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, stereo, and a kitchen with gas stove and microwave oven; the bathroom is arranged with wall-hung fixtures and a shower stall. Wi-Fi is included from April to September, and there is air conditioning. A cellar and private parking space are available.
The waterfront, full of small stores and typical restaurants, and the historic center are a 5-minute walk away. Upon arrival you will be required to pay in cash the tourist tax of 1.5 euro per person per night.
