Amazing country house completely restored surrounded by the nature, with private covered parking, terrace and garden. It is composed by a bedroom, a living room, a dining room, 2 sofa bed and a wide kitchen. Here the guests can admire not only the garden, the countryside around the house and the orchard, but also all the trails and the beautiful panorama that have inspired famous painters like Monet and Peynet.

At the check in or check out time guests have to pay the city tax that is 1.50 per day and per person for the first 6 nights of your stay. we also inform you that only people that have more then 12 years have to pay the city tax. To live a better experience we suggest you to have a good behaviour following this rules: follow the instuctions about how separate the trash. do not leave dirty dishes or trash in the apartment make sure that there is any kind of food in the fridge and in the kitchen. switch off the air conditioner or heating system. be responsible with outdoor area and the barbecue. if you broke any object please inform us before the check out. respect the check out time If you don't respect some rules we could pay a penalty.

i stay at your disposal in case of necessity compatibly with my work. you have copletely access to the garden, but sometimes you can find some of my workers doing the green maintenance.
