"This house met our families needs perfectly. We spent two days at sesame place and it was a short drive as the description says. The split a/c units worked great and were well appreciated since it was in the 90s each day that we were there. Although the house is on a busy street, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road which made walking easy. We loved the coffee shop down the road and went to Oci’s bar and grill one night for dinner which was very good as well. Our family would definitely...

"This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. We loved having meals out on the deck, hanging out in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the basketball hoop, and using the fire pit. The listing isn’t clear about the beds that are in each room. "We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sharon’s River House while in town for a family wedding. The drive was convenient to do all the Philadelphia sightseeing, and it was only a mile away from the wedding venue, which was the initial draw, but not the reason why this property stands out in our minds. I wish we had more time just to stay at the house and relax taking in the beautiful sights of the river. "Rented for a memorial service, the house was just as shown. Everyone was comfortable. We had one concern as the house was not cool on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I texted the host, he responded right away and came right over to address the concern. The beds were very comfortable and was well stocked with cooking utensils the house was very clean. I would definitely book again. The giant beanbag as you can see is also very comfortable. "

"We booked this home for a stay for guests coming in from out of time for a business meeting. It was clean and perfect for our needs. The check in process was very smooth. Highly recommend. "

"The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape."

"There was a small issue with our stay and when I called up the property owner, she was absolutely amazing. She worked every possible angle to try and fix the issue. Even though we didn't come to a resolution, she was fair and extremely generous with her time. As for the property itself - very cute and comfy. I wish that it had worked out. Maybe next time!"

"This house is a solid choice for a family stay in Princeton. My wife and I and my two adult children were in town for a wedding, and it was much better for us to stay in a single house than in multiple hotel rooms. This house is a bit of a hike from downtown Nassau Street, but not an unpleasant one.Its facilities are all more than satisfactory. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was good, the hot water was plentiful, and so on.The only drawback is what one...

"The place was very clean and the host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, brita filtered water in the fridge, and a super comfy couch. Would recommend to anyone visiting Philly. You will need to drive or use public transportation to go anywhere, but there is a bus stop a 5 minute walk from the house. "

"Cheiro horrível no quarto, cheiro de abafado e mofo que me deixou doente durante minha estadia. A equipe de limpeza bate em sua porta com agressividade e tentam entrar no quarto sem sua permissão, por minha sorte havia lembrado de colocar a fechadura. Esqueci uma blusa no hotel e eles afirmam que não encontraram nada quando tenho certeza de que perdi lá pois tenho alguns vídeos da minha viagem. Eles disseram que não possuem câmeras de segurança então tome cuidado caso você precise das câmeras. Preço alto, comida ruim, quarto ruim. Único ponto bom é das atendentes na recepção."
