The Seaglass House is full of character, cozy nooks, and New England charm. The property is just a short stroll from the footbridge into town. Enjoy harbor views from the upper deck, morning coffee on the front porch, and easy access to Boothbay’s best dining, shopping, and waterfront attractions. This home is just across the street from the Carousel Marina and the Boothbay Lobster Wharf, two beautiful oceanside dining spots. For those looking for a nice walk, the home sits 15-20 minutes away from Barrett`s Park, the perfect spot for an afternoon dip. Less than 10 minutes away is the beautiful `Our Lady Queen of Peace` church. The home(s) have three parking spaces included, is dog friendly, has in-unit washer/dryer units, an extra pull-out sofa in the office, and a foldable crib included.

The Puffin’s Nest is tucked behind Seaglass House. The Puffin’s Nest is a charming guest cottage available to rent with the main house or separately. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or as additional space for larger groups. The home sleeps up to 2 guests (with 1 baby/small toddler). It has a kitchenette with mini fridge, a covered front porch with swing, as well as 1 additional parking space included. This peaceful cottage offers privacy and comfort while still being part of the shared property, with its own entrance and amenities.

This is a private home. Guests may book the main Seaglass House, the Puffin’s Nest Cottage, or both together. In some cases, two separate parties may be staying on the property at the same time.

Our Sea Maine team is locally based and available 24/7 should you need anything during your visit.

Sidewalks lead all the way into town, or you can catch the free local trolley, which stops just across the street at Brown’s Wharf.

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $100 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $1,000.

Please note: There is a $200 nonrefundable pet fee for this property due at booking. Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Up to two (2) pets are permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable $200 pet fee applies per reservation. Guests traveling with a pet must notify Sea Maine Vacation Rentals prior to arrival so we can confirm approval. Pets arriving without prior approval are considered unauthorized and are subject to a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, additional cleaning or damage charges, and may result in cancellation of the reservation. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
