Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and connection, it offers generous living spaces, rich timber finishes, and a sense of warmth throughout with two cosy fireplaces. At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen and dining area features a statement oak table and a crackling wood fireplace, perfect for long dinners and winter evenings. Bi-fold doors open onto a spacious balcony where you can dine alfresco, fire up the Weber BBQ, or simply savour a glass of wine as the sun dips behind the ranges.
The country-style kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a Viking range, twin Miele dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, and a double-door fridge. Whether you’re preparing a family feast or celebrating a milestone, every detail has been considered. Relax in multiple inviting living spaces, from the cosy lounge and library to the dedicated office for those working remotely. This spacious home accommodates up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy:

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, storage, air-conditioning, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 5 (Studio): Detached private space with queen bed, ensuite, ceiling fan, and portable heater (no air-conditioning).
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a full laundry with washer/dryer (please note the washer is currently under repair), and ample parking in the double garage and driveway.

Guests have access to the entire home, studio and double garage. Studio room is separate and adjoins to the garage. Please note Gary the caretaker lives close by.

This area is known for its scenic drives, hikes, stunning lookouts, waterfalls and delicious local produce. The home is a 35-minute drive to the Kondalilla National Park where you will find picturesque hiking trails, lush rainforests and a swimming hole with a waterfall to cool off in the warmer months.

Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast and its abundant attractions at your own pace.

*Micro-weddings, elopements, and commercial photography require prior approval and additional fees. All event enquiries are managed by our designated wedding planner.
*Please note the washing machine is currently under repair.
*This property has an abundance of native wildlife, please ensure that all doors are kept closed, no food is left out overnight, and everything is securely shut during your stay and especially upon departure.
*Please note this property is not suitable for more than 10 guests. We would appreciate no enquiries in regard to get togethers/celebrations of more than 10 people as the property is not appropriate for this. Thank you for your understanding. There is an extra nightly rate and cleaning fee required for functions (subject to approval by management and owner).
*NO pets allowed unless approved on request ($50 per pet fee applies), native wallaby families and red deer are on the property and pets need to be supervised at all times.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
