In the heart of Echota, walking distance to the indoor pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect sanctuary to unwind and recharge on a quiet cul-de-sac. With a single-level, zero-step, ground-floor entry, this home was thoughtfully designed with accessibility and convenience in mind. Fully renovated in 2022, it strikes the perfect balance of modern amenities and rustic charm, featuring classic tongue-and-groove ceilings and carpeted wood floors throughout, in addition to the inspiring, year-round views of Grandfather Mountain, framed by mature trees.
Step inside and be greeted by an inviting open-concept living space, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a whisper-quiet Bosch dishwasher, sleek granite countertops, and a spacious island with seating, making it perfect for casual meals or entertaining guests. Dine while viewing Grandfather Mountain, either outside on the patio or at the table inside, next to the expansive windows. The ensuite bathroom is designed for comfort and ease, featuring a barrier-free shower with attractive and discreet safety bars and a built-in seat for effortless security, along with a generously sized granite-topped vanity offering ample space for morning preparations.
The second bedroom is equally inviting, with two twin beds, a mounted smart TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a granite sink and a shower/tub combo, making it a perfect space for guests and children.
The unique gem of this home is the private covered deck, where you can relax and enjoy an unobstructed year-round view of Grandfather Mountain, perfectly framed by the woods around you, and a seasonal lake view. Guests staying at Still Point have access to both clubhouses in the Echota Resort. Between them, guests will have use of an indoor pool and hot tub, two fitness centers, an outdoor pool with a waterfall and mountain views, a game room, and two event spaces. Echota Resort also offers several wonderful hiking trails, an outdoor sports recreation area, a riverside park, Watauga River Trout Fishing (NC fishing license is required), and in-club catch & release fishing at either of two stocked ponds. Many photos on this web listing reflect Echota amenities, which are available for our guests' enjoyment but are not physically located at Still Point.
Please note that the hot tub is not at the home but in the clubhouse, and pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Resort. All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually cap this fee.

Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible, should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-The Echota Resort does not allow pets in the community. Thank you for not bringing pets for this stay.
-Still Point has a front door ring camera to ensure the property's security.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
