"This was a 41st reunion trip with me and two friends who had traveled the country at 20. Ouray was always one of our favorite stops, so we decided to visit again. The location of this condo was great you can walk to everything and being able to hear the river was wonderful. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again if we ever return. "We spent a week here to ski. We were very happy with the check-in and check-out experience. The property manager messaged me a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The online guidebook was easily accessible and had all the information we needed for the property. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. It is super close to Lift 7 and we easily walked with our skis to the lift each morning. We loved being able to drive right up to the front door for loading and...

"Comfortable bed and recliner. Very clean. Lots of windows and beautiful views. Spacious inside and outside (deck). 3-4 flights of stairs, could be hard for some folks to handle. I sent email first night asking if possible to get a fan or portable A/C unit, the area was having an early warm spell. The ceiling fan is excellent, but didn't circulate air through out the large room. They replied quickly that night, brought over a great fan the next day. I really appreciated it. "The property is a 3 min walk to the gondola and is close to everything in town. Has a great hot tub and had almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was plastic wrap and foil if you are cooking and laundry detergent. The place is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."
