"We were in town for a church conference at Solid Rock Worship Center. Our drive was less than 5 minutes, so the location of this house was perfect!Everything was as described. The house was clean and cozy. The beds were SO comfortable...a rare find for a rental property, and a HUGE plus!! The back porch was a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the fall weather, and (though we didn't have time to utilize it) the back yard is really nice! "We visited New River Gorge for a few days. Oak Hill was the perfect place to stay to visit Canyon Rim Vistitor Center and hike Long Point The Endless Wall Trails and drive down Fayette Station Road to the bottom on the bridge. We also went whitewater rafting at ACE Adveture Resort which was aboit a 14 minute drive away. On on drive to Oak Hill, we stopped at Standstone Falls and Grandview. The house is gorgeous. I felt like I was staying in Joanna Gaines' Hearth & Hand aisle at Target! Added...

"Caboose was clean and cozy. We prefer a bigger bed but the caboose was so cute we couldn’t resist. It was a very hot day so I asked the host if he could make sure the a/c was on for us when we arrived. He made it happen. It took a while for it to cool but was eventually cold at night! We didn’t know where to take the trash at the end of our stay …instructions said to put it in the dumpster at the rafting facility …we didn’t go looking for it…so ended up taking the trash home with us.We would...

"The Star Wars themed property is a galactic gem! Cleaner than a polished R2-D2. The location was perfect—close to local hotspots yet serene like Endor’s moon. Amenities were top-notch, and the host was as responsive as C-3PO. A true rebel base for our vacation—we will certainly be back. "
