"We really enjoyed our stayed in Hickory North Carolina. Everything was really perfect except for the weather, but there was nothing in our host could do about that. We hope to return to North Carolina sometime in the next couple years will be sure to stay there again."

I had a few friends stay with me some nights and we were comfortable, though it would be tight for more than 2 people for a longer stay. The farm stand down the road was a great find too, as was Todd Mercantile. I would happily stay here again! "

"The cabin felt new. It was clean, check in was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive. It is located off the beaten path in a quiet area, but is in close proximity to Boone, downtown West Jefferson, and North Wilkesboro. It has a sweet little porch we really enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. We certainly intend to book again!"

"The location was excellent and there was plenty of room for our family. Having a kitchen with appliances helped us save money by allowing us the option to cook meals. Close to the attractions and stores we wanted to visit. We had no problem getting in and out of the driveway. Home appears to be in a closed in neighborhood so there was almost no traffic."
