"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "

"We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "

"Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). "It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. "

"The hotel is the center of the village thus not accessible by car, though you can park about 3min away. Our apartment was on a second floor with no elevator and very quirky decorated. Not the best window shades and the church (with its bell) is quite close. The breakfast was rather simple but then again inexpensive. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and included a reasonable discount. All in all a good small hotel."

"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Sala Comacina. Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Claudine. Son appartement est très bien situé, la vue depuis la pièce principale et le balcon est magnifique. Nous avons pu découvrir le secteur sans faire trop de kilomètres en voiture ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons visité les villas et jardins et nous avons fait une belle randonnée sur les hauteurs, les sentiers, la végétation, la vue.... tout est beau."
