The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc at a place called "Tralenta" and opposite the "Vallonnet" chairlift. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.

The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking.

In the brand new Marmottons building.

This apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. Facing west, you will take full advantage of the light thanks to the large openings in the living room.

The apartment is composed of a living room opening onto a 15m2 terrace facing West and offering a sublime view of the surrounding nature and the slopes. On the latter you can enjoy the Nordic bath (Optional).
The living room has a lounge area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso...)

For sleeping you will find:

A parental sleeping area (blind) equipped with a 160 bed and a private bathroom.

A dormitory with bunk beds (2 single beds, the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

A mezzanine with 1 single bed. Note that the latter will not be suitable for young children. (the bunk in height is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

Finally, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this property.

This beautiful apartment by its layout is ideal to accommodate 1 family or a group of friends (up to 4/5 people).

You have a ski locker with boot dryer.

Covered and paid municipal parking at 50m (about 60€/week) or outdoor and free parking at 300m.
