"The room was nice and clean with a bathtub which is getting hard to find in the ultra-modern hotels. It is just across the street from Tim Hortons and Wendy's. Outside it was extremely cold but my room was warm and toasty. The manager was happy to help in any way. I looked and looked but nothing compared in price and quality for my two-week stay. Now I'm thinking a month. Renfrew has all kinds of shopping and great restaurants. I'm very happy. 👍 Victoria "

"Incredible stay at the Sands on Golden Lake. We arrived by snowmobile, and Zach checked us in, gave us the keys to our chalet, and also made us takeout. He even delivered the food to us! The chalet was perfect, looked to be newly renovated and had everything we needed. We departed by snowmobile in the morning and there was a grab and go type of breakfast for us. Perfect! The OFSC snowmobile trail goes right through the property. Move love needs to be given to the Sands, and it should be a...
