"Carpet was very dirty. Room was smelly. Washroom was not cleaned. It had cocroches and bugs. We have to pay security deposit in cash or email transfer to the person who says will return on check out. This deposit rule is not for everyone. I was not comfortable giving money in cash or email transfer to the person at reception. Location is good. Coffee shop and restaurants are close by."

"There was something wrong with the plumbing in the bathroom, resulting in a very strong sewer smell. There was a towel on the floor that was discolored in the corner by the pipes. The staff apparently knew about the smell, because they had sprayed the room with some kind of a room freshener before we arrived.
