Welcome to Bonita Beach!



While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful once again and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach, local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The two heated community pools, sundeck, and kiddie pool are OPEN!!! The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.



The Space:



While many units can sleep up to 4 guests with a sofa sleeper, this unit has 2 queen beds, vs sleeping on a sleeper sofa! The studio is outfitted to provide the perfect getaway for those who enjoy the sun, sand and beach - and if you love a good sunset - look no further! With a direct, unobstructed view of the Gulf across the street you will be treated to the most spectacular sunsets during your stay! Located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach, on the 4th floor of Building 4, it's also directly next to one of the two community swimming pools!



The 500+ sq ft studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area.



The living area includes comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted TV with community provided cable. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed balcony - and the stunning view of Bonita Beach and the magnificent Gulf!



You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on the 2 beds, freshly made for you with provided linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a walk-in closet to store your belongings.



The full bathroom was just remodeled in the summer of 2025 has a large walk-in shower; bath and beach towels are included during your stay.



The efficient kitchen has a oven, refrigerator/freezer and microwave; cookware, dinnerware and small electrical appliances are provided.

A dining table with seating for up to 4 is in the kitchen area.



Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.



A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.



The Community:



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is in building 4.



While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, two temporary pickleball courts are available. The two heated community pools, sundeck, and kiddie pool are OPEN!!! This community's unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.



The Area:



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.

One guest in your party will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day, and one person will be free. Additional guests will pay full price.
