Our accommodations feature 2 bedrooms along with 2 full sized bathrooms, a 1 car attached garage and a modern floor plan with wonderful natural light with the community pool and spa within a minute walk from the back door. Pelican Landing is a landmark community being west of 41, with lots of natural vegetation including mangroves and the Spring Creek which runs to the Gulf of Mexico. There are miles of sidewalks in Pelican Landing in enjoy strolls through the wooded sidewalks.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs, FL is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 15 minute drive from the home!
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.
