"O quarto do hotel é excelente, mas não tem nenhum serviço de cômoda. Chegamos tarde da noite, com fome e não tinha absolutamente nada para pedir no hotel. Ficamos 3 noites e o quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. Na primeira noite O vaso sanitário vazou e espalhou água pelo quarto todo. Além disso, o único elevador do hotel estava com defeito e tivemos que subir as malas e descer na saída sem nenhuma ajuda. "

"Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby."

"Host was awesome and helpful! The property is very tight. To pull the sofa beds out you lose all walking space and cannot enter the kitchen. There is not enough room to store the couch cushions while the sofa beds are in use making even less space. There was a water leak the first day in the bathroom coming from the ceiling which we thought was condensation then seemed to stop until the last night. Then water was running down the wall soaking all of our belongings that were on the shelf. The...

"You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment...

"The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! "
