"The rooms were clean and well kept"

"The towels were stained, when I went to grab the shower bar just came out of the wall."

"If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the nastiest, most unprofessional places I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like basic customer service was too much to ask. Apparently, knocking before barging into a guest’s room is too difficult for them. The hypocrisy was unbelievable. They had the nerve to complain about the smell of bacon traveling through the hallways, yet somehow had absolutely no...

"The rooms were very clean and updated!"

"TLDR: Only needed 2 nights. I booked for the cheap rate. I checked in at 5PM and had to pack my things by midnight because mold spores in the AC made me unable to breathe, running uncontrollably, and cough. I have visited similar accomodations in other less developed countries, and this is for sure the worst I've ever been to. Check in: The front desk was not even aware I had booked online on Expedia and charged me a different price than what I booked for. Room: AC is initially off, so the...

"Very friendly staff …clean and helpful"

The pillows were the square type, which are not my favorite, and they weren’t very comfortable. The bed, however, was very comfortable. A few small complaints: The tub faucet dripped unless the handle was turned extremely tight. (This was reported to the front desk). There was a frozen bottle of something left in the fridge and it had busted and left some residue in the door."

"I drove 9 hours to Georgia for the sentencing of my son’s killer which was already causing me anxiety and then 6 hours into my drive the hotel calls and says my room wasn’t available and they could offer me a smaller room for my family of four which is why I booked the family suite. They eventually offered me 2 king suites for the evening and I could then check in to the room I booked at 12pm the next day I agreed and settled in for the evening. The next day we checked in to the room I...

"Quarto bom. Equipe boa."

"Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was."
