Brand spankin' new, fall of 2025, this one has got it all! Just a stone's throw from the mountain you'll feel like you're in the middle of the action while also enjoying the quiet and serene surroundings of your private home. The amazing backyard with a covered hot tub is certainly a highlight not to be missed!

Enter into the mud room and ditch the bulky gear, sweaty shoes and/or shopping bags. The bright open floor plan kitchen awaits your every need. Big cookers? This kitchen has everything you could want! Bringing dinner home from the mountain? This kitchen has all the space for your beverages of choice. And, with a 1/2 bath on this floor as well, you'll never have to get too far away from the action.

From the kitchen you can chat with folks at the dinner table and watch the kids or friends and family playing in the living room. With puzzles and games, perfect for the whole family, you'll be happy to put those phones away and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones.

The enormous wrap around deck is also on the entry level. The ceiling fans make this deck THE place to be in those warm summer months. Only 5 min to Stratton but tucked into the woods so you feel like you're in your private oasis.

The 1st of 4 bedrooms is also on this main entry floor. Boasting a king bed a HUGE walk-in closet, gorgeous full bathroom with double vanities and a private work space, you may just want to make an excuse to stay home.

If we head upstairs we get to the next 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom with a bath tub and double vanities. King beds and private work stations adorn both of these bedrooms. Have to take a call or hop on a meeting bright and early while the other half is sleeping; there's yet another work station located just outside of these bedrooms for you! Take your call and then quickly crawl back into your fluffy blankets.

Heading all the way downstairs you'll find a 2nd, gigantic, living space with another huge TV and tons of room to hang with friends. You'll also have your final bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom has a queen bed and, of course, your private work station.

To the backyard; and oh, what a yard it is!! You'll exit through the sliding doors and get to the hot tub first. NO GLASS is allowed in the hot tub so bring your plastic glasses and relax, enjoy, and soothe those aching muscles after a day of fun in the sun, snow, and wilderness. Even better, the tub is COVERED! So, if the pesky VT weather is a bit less than desirable to sit outside, these owners have still got you covered!! (Pun intended. lol)

Walk a bit further into the yard to the amazing fire pit area; I can almost taste the s'mores!
PLEASE NOTE: This fire pit is seasonal but, the we will leave a shovel for you by the back door, in case you're feeling up for some winter digging.

Lastly, once you've spent all the time indoors that you can, head over to Stratton, Londonderry, Manchester, etc. for some great activities, food, drinks and entertainment.

In addition to being under 5 min to the slopes this house is on the shuttle route! So, if you don't feel like driving, just stand outside and flag down that bus and you'll be whisked off to the adventure in no time. Just be sure to keep track of your time as the busses DO stop running by 5pm and it wouldn't be a super fun walk home.

WINTER SHUTTLE:
There's a wonderful shuttle that runs on weekends and holidays. It runs a loop, continuously, from 8am - 4:30pm. It typically does pick ups from 8am - 12pm and drop offs from 1pm - 5pm. There's also a number you can call to schedule a pickup time.
