"I had a booking in the hotel and when I reached there they told me that the room I booked was not available. They asked me to pay additionally for a different room. "Amazing experience with the spa, onsen, and water park. We travel in a family of 4 and everyone has a blast while we're there. Will definitely come again someday!"
