Apartment 'Costella' with Sea View and Private Garden

Located in Bonassola, the 50 m² Bilo Costella apartment offers a beautiful view of the Ligurian Sea. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, and a private garden. A parking space is available. One pet is allowed. Please note there is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. The property is ideal for visiting Bonassola Beach, the Levanto-Framura cycle path, and the Cinque Terre. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Late check-in is available by prior arrangement and for an extra fee, but cannot be guaranteed after 11 p.m. Guests receive only one set of keys. A limited welcome kit (toilet paper and soap) is provided; tablecloths, kitchen towels, condiments, and detergents are not included. Please leave the apartment tidy, with dishes washed and garbage disposed of. Recycling is mandatory.

In Liguria, 500 meters from the sea often means facing steep climbs rather than flat ground. Before booking, please check the actual elevation difference. In Italy, the national electricity supply is limited: apartments generally have a maximum of 3KW, so please avoid using all appliances at the same time.
