"We had tickets to CMAfest and came in a few days early. The hostess was wonderful to work with and we enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was very comfortable and we really enjoyed having the hot tub. "

"We loved this tiny house! Had EVERYTHING and more for a quick stay. I appreciate the thought put into it all. So modern and clean. Shower, toilet, bed, kitchenette, tv, comfy chairs, large windows...they did it right! Didn't get to start a fire for the one night we were there but the pups loved the private space to run around! "House is very clean and located in quiet neighborhood. Downtown Franklin isn't but a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house is a DUPLEX. You do not have the whole place as pictured. There's a common entrance and then separate doors. The location is great and safe. Close to Franklin. The house has a musty smell when you step in and towels are scares. Other than that it was a great place and well put together. We never had people staying next door, but this could be a problem if they were noisy. "

"Property manager was great at communicating. The apartment was very easy to find. The space was clean, cute, and quiet! We were concerned with hearing neighbors since it was an apartment complex but we didn’t have that issue at all. There were also noise machines in each bedroom which was a nice amenity. We had 4 in our group, but could have slept 5 comfortably. "

"Very nice property with plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child. Quiet road outside of Franklin. We plan to use this property again if we are in the area. So, that should indicate how happy we were with our stay!"
