"I have stayed there before and requested the same room, but when we checked in, we got a totally different room which was dirty. Other’s people hair in on the floor and in the bathroom! The 1st night was horrible, we got struck on the 2nd floor and we could not slope the entire night! The people upstairs running around and the TRAIN! When it came through..I thought it was an earthquake! "

"Upon entering I felt welcomed by the front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It was spacious for all of us in the room. I was pleased with my stay and would return if needed to. The commute was easy to the hotel and many shops/places to eat nearby."

The pool was the only reason we booked this hotel, there was nothing online that expressed the pooled would be unavailable instead they falsely advertised a pool (which was green because the filter system was broken) The hotel looked pretty clean upon arrival and staff was kind.
