One parking space per house, bicycle storage, and use of a washing machine are provided, and pets are welcome in select homes.

The vacation townhouse -Vacation Village 23B—with a terrace—offers 60 square meters of family-friendly living space where you’ll feel right at home. The cozy living and dining area is equipped with a pull-out sofa, a wood-burning stove, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with a shower and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy.
The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished terrace.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a shower room, sink, toilet, and access to a washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a second TV. A guest restroom is also available. Family-friendly with a high chair, crib, toys, and a handcart.
This non-smoking house accommodates up to 5 people. Pets are welcome for a fee. One free parking space is available directly at the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to e-bike and pedelec batteries (under supervision). Security deposit: 200?.
