Just 50 meters from the beach in Boltenhagen lies the residence "Seestern".  The center and the pier are in the immediate vicinity.  The apartment complex offers guests a swimming pool (free of charge), a separate bicycle storage room and an elevator.  Furthermore, a sauna, a steam bath, a washing machine and a dryer are available for an additional fee. On the grounds of the apartment complex is a small playground. Shops, restaurants, cafes, the spa park and spa facilities are within walking distance.

The tastefully furnished 2-room apartment with Wi-Fi is located on the 1st floor of the apartment complex (easy to reach by elevator). On 50 m² of living space, lovingly and carefully designed, up to 4 people can spend a carefree, relaxing holiday. You will receive a modern living area with a sofa bed that can accommodate 3 and 4 person (1.60 x 2.00m), a TV and a stereo system. The kitchenette is fully equipped and cleverly integrated into the living area. There you will find everything and a bit more to prepare your holiday meals (kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, etc.). From the living area you can reach the furnished west-facing balcony. The cozy bedroom with a beautiful large double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), a wardrobe and a TV with DVD player ensures quiet nights.  Also a shower room with hair dryer is available. For the little holiday guests a cot and a high chair are available. A parking space is available in the underground car park for you.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
