A particular highlight is the spacious, west-facing terrace with a view of fields and meadows; here, after a relaxing day of vacation, you can enjoy the sun and the sea air well into the evening.<br><br>A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.<br><br>The Location <br>This exclusive and light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 3, facing west. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—in just 200 meters, you’ll reach Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometers. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.<br><br><br> Amenities This family-friendly and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove and oven, microwave, and a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system/radio. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the west-facing terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, and enjoy the evening sun.
