The barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible 3-room holiday apartment Milan is a 100 sq m ground-floor apartment with a terrace and garden access. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. In the open-plan living and dining area, you will find a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed, providing two additional sleeping spaces. Entertainment options include a television, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. A wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with: a hob, oven with microwave function, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc. You can enjoy your meals at the large dining table. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the spacious, seasonally furnished south-west facing terrace with an adjoining lawn. The private garden barrel sauna is available to all guests for a fee. The house has two separate bedrooms. One has a double bed, wardrobe, television, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom contains a pull-out single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and television. A second shower room with a washbasin and toilet is also available. Families with small children will appreciate the highchair and travel cot. You can park your car in a carport/outdoor parking space. There is a storage room for bicycles brought along. Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking apartment.
